We are in the center of the Marche. Filottrano is centrally located and in 30 minutes by car you can reach the splendid promontory of Monte Conero, with the beautiful beaches of Numana and Sirolo or Monte San Vicino (1480 m. Slm) with the beautiful village of Cingoli, called "The balcony of the Marches" or the characteristic artificial lake of Castreccioni.
Also in 30 minutes by car you can reach the cities of Ancona, Loreto, Recanati, Macerata, Senigallia to immerse yourself in the history and culture of the Marche, or visit the caves of Frasassi and the nearby Fabriano.

Sport and relax. Filottrano is located at 270 m. above sea level. and extends over 7 hills for an area of 70 sq. km. The location of the Settecolli Sport Hostel is the ideal starting point for walks in the neighboring countryside, by bike or on foot with different difficulties, according to your tastes. Upon returning, you can stay in absolute relaxation in the shade of our gazebo or on one of the terraces to watch the sunset over the Apennines, sipping an ice-cold beer or a relaxing herbal tea.

Culture and / or religious tourism. In Filottrano there is the Verticale APS association which promotes cultural tourism and offers guided tours of the historic buildings of the city.
It is possible to consult the calendar of scheduled events on the association's website or contact the secretariat for information requests. With a short drive you can reach Recanati, the birthplace of Leopardi, Loreto with its historic basilica, Macerata, and several other neighboring towns rich in history, monuments and folkloristic events.
